Returns, Refunds, Cancellations and Credits
We do our best to make sure each item is shipped exactly as it is ordered. Please contact us as soon as possible if you have a concern with your order. We will refund or reprint any order when there has been a mistake on our part. We do not refund or accept returns on personalised orders for any other reason. We do not proof your order for personal details, only for general mistakes and layout problems - please proof your order fully.
Before your Order has been printed, we are happy to make any changes you request or even cancel your Order. However, once we begin processing your Order and a proof has been sent (prior to printing), and you want to cancel your Order there will be a cancellation charge of $25. This amount will be determined, in its sole discretion, based on the amount of work that has already been done on your Order.
If you want to REDUCE your Order after it has been placed, we will be happy to do so, as long as printing has not commenced.
If invitations contain a printing error or typo caused by our production staff, we will gladly replace your Order at no charge to you. We cannot replace invitations if the error was contained in the copy you provided, or if you approve a proof, so please CHECK YOUR COPY CAREFULLY before approving your Order. In those cases, we will reprint your Order at a discount from the original costs.
We do not produce mail-order catalogs due to the constant changes and additions of our designs. All invitations that are contained on our site are current and available.
Once you place an order and provide us with all necessary text and details we will complete the first draft of your invitation and email you a proof. Once accepted, payment needs to be made for the full amount. On receipt of your payment, printing will proceed. Orders will definitely not go ahead for printing until full payment is received.
Preferred payment is via direct deposit into our bank account. Cheques are accepted but need to clear before any work is commenced so can delay the turnaround time on receiving your invitations. Credit Card payments are availble through PayPal only.
All designs of our invitations shown on this website are subject to copyright and cannot be copied or used as part of any other design in any way shape or form by anyone not affiliated with Platinum Invites.
At no time does Platinum Invites forward on ANY of your details to any other party. They stay soley with Platinum Invites and are only used on your products.

BY VISITING OUR SITE, YOU AGREE THAT YOU WILL NOT COPY, PRINT, DOWNLOAD OR OTHERWISE REPRODUCE ANY PART OF THE DESIGNS BY ANY MEANS, MECHANICAL OR ELECTRONIC.By visiting our site and placing your Order, you further agree that neither Platinum Invites nor its owners, employees, representative or suppliers shall be liable for any direct, consequential or incidental damages arising out of any aspect of your Order, including but not limited to products, printing or delivery, except for refund or replacement when products are defective in any amount limited to the price of the Order.
Platinum Invites reserves the right to print the source of the invitation on the final product.
