Once you place an order and provide us with all necessary text and details we will complete the first draft of your invitation and email you a proof within one working day.
Preferred payment is via direct deposit into our bank account. Cheques are accepted but need to clear before any work is commenced so can delay the turnaround time on receiving your invitations. We accept Visa, Mastercard and Bankcard payments through PayPal only.
Shipping Methods & Costs
All Invitations are posted using Australia Post either by Regular Mail or Express Post Satchels. They are packed so that no damage can be done during the mailing of your Invites. If you would prefer Registered Mail for extra security, this can be arranged and charged at the normal rate to your region. For orders outside Australia, there may be additional costs and fees imposed by the country receiving the goods which you will be obligated to pay. If you prefer to receive your invitations via a courier service, this can be arranged also with the full cost being met by you.
Once your Order has been posted Platinum Invites will notify of the day of dispatch via email. The address where you Invitations will be sent is the address that you notify us of in your order. If you want it delivered to a different address please notify us.
The base rate for express postage on all Invitations is A$13.60 (including GST) for Next Day Express Post Satchels within Australia. Registered Mail and Courier Services impose higher fees and we will notify you of these on demand.
