Payment
Once you place an order and provide us with all necessary text and details we will complete the first draft of your invitation and email you a proof. Once accepted, payment needs to be made for the full amount. On receipt of your payment, printing will proceed. All invitations have a Set Up cost of $35 plus GST, unless otherwise specified. The prices on our website DO NOT include GST. This will be added to your order upon checkout.
Preferred payment is via direct deposit into our bank account. Cheques are accepted but need to clear before any work is commenced so can delay the turnaround time on receiving your invitations. We accept Visa, Mastercard and Bankcard payments through PayPal only, however, these will attract a 2.5% fee of the total cost.
Shipping Methods & Costs
All Invitations are posted using Australia Post Express Post Satchels. They are packed so that no damage can be done during the mailing of your Invites. If you would prefer Registered Mail for extra security, this can be arranged and charged at the normal rate to your region. For orders outside Australia, there may be additional costs and fees imposed by the country receiving the goods which you will be obligated to pay. If you prefer to receive your invitations via a courier service, this can be arranged also with the full cost being met by you.
Once your Order has been posted Platinum Invites will notify of the day of dispatch via email. If a delay or shipping problem should occur, please contact us and we will track your parcel and let you know of its whereabouts. The address where you Invitations will be sent is the address that you notify us of in your order. If you want it delivered to a different address please notify us.
The base rate for postage on all Invitations A$8.80 (including GST) for Next Day Express Post Satchels within Australia. Registered Mail and Courier Services impose higher fees and we will notify you of these on demand. |
